Applications:
- Product purging for low viscosity liquids, slurries and products before CIP (Can save product and excessive use of water)
- Cleaning for new Sanitary Tubes and Hoses after fabrication
- Removal of bio films from tube and hose inner wall
- 80 PSI (5.5 Bar) minimum to 110 PSI (7.5 Bar) maximum.
- 1/2" ID air hose to ensure 38 SCFM (1.1 m3/min) at 80 PSI (5.5 Bar) air flow.
- Large industrial compressor strongly recommended.
- UC-D1 Super-Dry Compressed Air Dryer strongly recommended.
- Easy loading and launching of projectiles.
- Launcher has a pressure gauge and product relief valve should a projectile encounter a blockage in the tube or hose.
